ORDERS
I paint each piece as it is ordered. Colors can be adjusted to your liking.
Shipping and handling costs are a (final payment and) items will be shipped after
the payment has been received. I will contact you via email or phone prior to
the shipping. At that time I can quote shipping charges.
Due to size of the box and the destination, I am not able to quote a price
for shipping the furniture.
I can only give the following shipping estimates;
Child
rocker $44.00-$80.00
Youth rocker $52.00-$88.00
Child Step Stool, Round Stool, and Small Chairs-$25.00-$30.00
Each item is packed and shipped seperately.
The carrier is UPS and insurance is automatic up to $100.00. For an item over
$100.00, the amount is $.75 per $100.00. Shipping with Fed Ex, air, the US Post
Office air and ground, insurance is extra. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available
with quotes when order is PLACED through an email or phone call to you before
I begin to paint.
Some overseas orders will not be doable because of the dimensions of the box.
I will contact you when the order is PLACED if that is the situation.
Credit cards accepted. Checks also accepted made payable to Sara Sheets,artist.
If your credit card is refused, I will contact you to make other arrangements.
Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. The woodworker and I will do our best to
complete your order ahead of that time.
NO REFUNDS. Since each order is a custom order I cannot resell the item.
Your order is refundable up to 48 hours after being placed.
RECEIVING FURNITURE
DO NOT ACCEPT A DAMAGED BOX!! For example, damaged corners.
Refuse the shipment. SAVE ALL LABELS, especially the tracking number!
If you are there to receive the order and see the damaged box, ask the delivery
person to wait while you look inside to check for further damage. If you
are not there when the box arrives and the box has been delivered damaged, call
delivery company. Any questions, you may contact me. Hidden damage MUST be reported
within 48 hour of accepting the furniture. YOU are responsible for any claim
for the damaged item AFTER accepting the box!
